SHE'S TELLING HOW: Carmen Electra is so good at being sexy, she wrote a book about it called How To Be Sexy. The former Baywatch star confesses she loves to indulge in racy phone messages and says, "Erotic texts can spice up people's love lives." Carmen claims, "I am a texter. I love to text. There's nothing like a hot text. I say go for it, but be subtle. Express how you are feeling, but don 't do anything crazy." The blue-eyed bombshell has had a juicy love life and if there's anyone who knows how to get the motor going, it's Carmen.

DESPERATE MOMMA: Victoria Beckham has become a desperate housewife to get her sons into a top Los Angeles school. The former Spice Girl is so anxious for her boys to get into the right school that she 's decided to become prim and proper like the character Bree Van De Kamp. She says, "As a parent you feel like you're on trial. I've been having to do loads for the school and David has promised to give the kids soccer lessons. I'm just worried that my cupcakes won't be up to standard."

GREAT PROBLEM TO HAVE: Jessica Alba thinks she has a problem other girls wouldn't see as a problem at all. Alba is one of the busiest stars in Hollywood with three big films due out this year, but she 's afraid she's too sexy for the business. The Fantastic Four star says, "I hope all my new work will help producers see past my hotness. I try not to use my looks to make headlines. I have my own fashion style and do not try to fit in. I don 't have my breasts under my chin, and am not showing butt cheeks, nor much of my legs. Right now, I 'm just exploring what my contribution to this business is other than wearing a bikini and getting caught by the paparazzi. "

FLY HER TO THE MOON: Justin Timberlake must really have the hots for Jessica Biel at the moment, because he flew her out to London so they could go on a date. The SexyBack singer was pining for Jessica during his tour so he invited her to join him and they went out for a casual dinner. Although they 're trying to keep their relationship at a low key, she's the one who kept his mind occupied when he wasn't on stage.

L'WREN WINS?: Mick Jagger sure knows the way to a girl's heart. His long-time girlfriend L'Wren Scott has been swanning about New York flashing an absolutely huge diamond solitaire on the third finger of her left hand. Whether the couple is now officially engaged or not (and they 're not saying) L'Wren has certainly gotten the hardware from the wrinkly rocker!

SCARLETT AND RYAN SITTING IN A TREE...: Are Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds an official item? Neither is saying, but they've certainly been at least unofficially together since they were seen clubbing at West Hollywood 's Troubador last month. Now, they've been out publicly again in L.A. last week. They'd gone out to hear some live music and were all lovey-dovey and cuddly during the performance. As they got ready to leave, Reynolds first checked through the door to make sure the coast was clear of paparazzi and they left holding hands like teenagers in love. What Alanis Morisette, Ryan's only recently ex-fiance, thought about this hasn't been leaked yet, but you know it will be!

CAMERON MOVES ON: It looks like Cameron Diaz has given up waiting for Justin Timberlake to come to his senses and come back to her. The Charlies' Angels star has found herself a new man to squire her around. And, this one can make her problems disappear, no really! Illusionist Criss Angel and Diaz reportedly met in Las Vegas while in the VIP section of a club. Angel kept the beauty interested and mystified with little slight-of-hand. They started cuddling and kissing and then suddenly the pair disappeared from a roulette table, not to be seen again until hours later at Cirque Du Soleil 's Love. Angel was briefly engaged to Minnie Driver last year and then was seen even more briefly with Paris Hilton.

SALMA'S BIG PLANS: The December holidays this year are going to be very busy for Salma Hayek. By then she'll be a brand new mother and soon after that blessed event, she and her fiancee Francois-Henri Pinault plan to tie the knot. Salma is playing it close to the vest and no one who knows particulars has been willing to snitch. However, you can be sure it 'll be an intimate ceremony, with maybe Penelope Cruz and Ashley Judd serving as bridesmaids.

DON'T WORRY ADAM: Even TV stars get insecure just like the rest of us. When O.C. star Adam Brody was preparing for his kissing scene with Meg Ryan in their movie, The Land Of Women, you'd have expected that he might have been preparing his character or practicing his pucker or glowing in anticipation of his buddies ' envy when they heard he'd kissed Ryan. No, Brody says that the only thing that kept chasing itself around in his brain was, "Oh man, I hope she's not incredibly bummed that I'm not Russell Crowe or Tom Hanks."

HE'S AVAILABLE: Hillary Duff's fairy godmother must be working overtime. No sooner had Duff admitted that seeing her ex-boyfriend in the tabloids with Nicole Richie was "difficult" than word arrives from Down Under that the new pair have split up. The word from Sydney is that Madden was feeling hemmed in and dumped Richie for being "too clingy." Now, the singer/actress might be able to get him back--if she decides she wants him.

BEYONCE KNOWS: There are no stars sexier or more put together than Beyonce Knowles. But, the gorgeous Beyonce has a secret. Just when everybody else is looking at her and thinking how great she looks she 's feeling just so-so. The Dreamgirls star has a very different take on what makes a woman sexy. She says, "Women who are not overtly sexual are the most attractive. I like to walk around at home in bare feet with messed up hair, and that is sexy, too. I am old fashioned about sexuality, I don 't think it should be on your face. It's the opposite of who I am on stage."

CELEBRITY SCHOOL: Norah Jones is making her acting debut in the upcoming movie, My Blueberry Nights, co-starring with Jude Law. The singer who's won the Grammy feels that her experience on the movie was a lot like being in celebrity school with Law as her professor. She says, "I learned a lot from working with Jude, especially the way he deals with all the attention. Every day there would be paparazzi following him, but he lives his life as if none of that exists. He showed me that you can stay normal despite all the madness around you. "

BOND'S NEW GIRLS: Daniel Craig's James Bond is going to get double the help on his next filmic outing. The suave spy won 't have to go it alone; he'll have two stunning helpers. The Olsen twins, Mary-Kate and Ashley will officially become Bond Girls. The duo will share an unusual distinction, however, which will disappoint the guys. There 's a clause in their contract guaranteeing that they won't be required to do nude or bikini scenes. What is this world coming to?

BEING A NUT: To help relax after a hot day sweating over at a sound stage, some stars have booze and others chase girls. Kevin Spacey has ping pong. The Oscar(R) winner loves the game and thinks it is one of the best ever invented. He'll even admit having a ping pong table in his posh London apartment. The trans-Atlantic powerhouse says, "I'm a ping pong nut. I play constantly. I even have tournaments. Whenever I'm on location, that's the one thing I always want--a ping pong table."

NOT WHAT SHE'D HOPED: Like almost all U.K. singing stars Lily Allen had set her heart on cracking the U.S. market. And, crack it she did big time! Now that she 's "been there, done that," the chanteuse has decided this just isn't what she was hoping for. "I thought that being a pop star meant going out getting trashed with famous people and sleeping in all day. The fact that this is not true has come as a huge disappointment to me and as a result I am throwing the towel in. "

LIVE AND LEARN: Award winning singer/songwriter Rufus Wainwright got his start as the opening act for his father Loudon Wainwright. The Rhinebeck, New York, native says, "The first time I opened was an absolute disaster. Dad was very happy. The second time, I totally stole the show and afterwards he said, "Rufus you're never opening for me again.' And, he kept to it!"

KISS AND TELL: Lovely Jessica Biel who is currently starring in Next with Nicholas Cage and cuddling in London with Justin Timberlake can be something of a tease. The actress has been on screen with a number of hunks and, lucky girl, has gotten kisses from many of them. When asked to rate her on-screen loves she giggles and says, "It might be a tie between Nic, Ed Norton, and Adam Sandler. They're all very good kissers."

OFF THE MARKET: Six months after definitively splitting from Sienna Miller, Jude Law has discovered that there is still love out there. The Alfie hunk has decided against an actress this time around and has fallen for a magazine editor. The 34-year-old Law is now dating 38-year-old Kim Hersov. The pair were seen enjoying each other's company while on vacation together in Rajasthan, India.

RESTAURANTRUMBLINGS: MRCHOW...David and Justin Murdoch, Usher, Geena Davis, Mark Canton
